When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Special Agent Aloysius Pendergast of the Federal Bureau of Investigation...he doesn't always play nice.
This fine gentleman is one of the main characters in several books written by Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston. (A list of their book is here) I first started reading their books back in 2004 with Cabinet of Curiosities. I fell in love with the books then until I read Still Life with Crows and Brimstone (which, btw, are all out of order...) I fell in love with Pendergast...and it is now that I bring to you *my* depiction of the man in the anime style. ***** I'm using a technique where the character is emerging out of the light/or standing in front of a light source. This is difficult to do sometimes with just traditional media. The important thing to remembering when doing this digitally is the face is usually in shadows, but because I love his face so much I wanted to bring it out a little more. For his form without the light source, click here. Aloysius Pendergast © Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child |

Sexy man. One day I will totally have to read those books.
Great work!
I'm actually re-reading all of them. I've started back at Relic. I love Brimstone and I will tell you why once you've finished, to see if you agree with me. LOL!
*craps* e_e I'll tell you next year when I finish x_x
